Project Delivery Specialist

The role of the Project Manager involves managing end-to-end delivery of water and wastewater projects from design to completion.
- Develop designs, drawings, reports, and technical calculations.
- Ensure compliance with project contracts, specifications, and quality standards.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Prepare technical submissions, reports, and contract programs.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and resource schedules.
- Oversee site works, including supervision of crews and subcontractors.
- Coordinate site surveys and work packages.
- Maintain Health & Safety compliance, including Safety Files and audits.
- Manage documentation, drawing updates, and change order logs.
- Compile O&M manuals and ensure full project close-out.
- 7+ years' experience in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering in a Project Engineering role.
- Knowledge and experience of the water and wastewater industry preferred.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and capability to update drawings for construction and coordinate between vendors and contractors.
- Knowledge and experience of plant design, construction, and commissioning.
- Experience of managing contractors and subcontractors for the delivery of projects.
- Strong technical, delivery, and commercial skills.
