Job Title: Bar Team Leader

Job Overview:

As a key member of our bar team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bar. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional guest experiences and leading a team to provide outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop product knowledge to enhance menu offerings and training for your team.
  • Lead by example to create memorable luxury experiences for guests, driving satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Train, mentor, and guide team members to improve overall skills and performance.
  • Maintain effective standardized systems, processes, and controls.
  • Model up-selling techniques and encourage employees to identify opportunities.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a Hotel Bar Supervisor or Duty Manager in a hotel environment.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage procedures, including restaurants and functions.
  • Excellent attention to detail, high standards, and ability to lead by example.
  • Ability to motivate and build a large team, prioritize tasks, and delegate effectively.
  • Strong communication and guest relation skills with a passion for hospitality.
