Technical Program Leadership

We are seeking an experienced technical program manager to lead our engineering efforts in Dublin. As a seasoned program leader, you will partner with key stakeholders to drive innovation and deliver high-quality solutions.

  • Leverage technical acumen and analytical skills to drive engineering programs forward
  • Lead complex cross-functional technical programs
  • Design, maintain, and improve processes and tools that power program delivery
  • Bull strategic partnerships with Product and Engineering stakeholders
  • Act as a mentor to junior TPMs and lead by example

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience leading complex cross-functional technical programs and possess a strong background in software development, cloud infrastructure, and service-oriented architecture.

You will be responsible for leveraging your technical expertise to drive program success, recognizing patterns in complex data sets, and taking action accordingly. Additionally, you will design, maintain, and improve processes and tools that power program delivery, build strategic partnerships, and expand your knowledge into new domains.

Key Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience leading complex cross-functional technical programs
  • Strong background in software development, cloud infrastructure, and service-oriented architecture
  • Technical acumen and analytical skills
  • Able to lead by example and mentor junior TPMs
