About This Role:
The Arrears Support Unit Relationship Manager plays a vital role in managing the relationship with a portfolio of borrower's accounts. The primary objective is to identify borrowers in difficulty, establish the reason for the borrower's arrears, and work with the borrower to find a solution to their arrears situation.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  1. To conduct all tasks in a manner compliant with all policies, procedures, and legislative requirements.
  2. Ensure all accounts are reviewed and managed in line with Company procedures.
  3. Ensure all accounts are escalated as appropriate without unnecessary delay.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong compliance and regulatory knowledge, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet business targets.
