Food and Beverage Service Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Service Associate to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional service to our guests by taking food and beverage orders, serving drinks and food, and maintaining the cleanliness of the bar and restaurant area.

About the Role:
  • Greet and know regular guests by name, building rapport and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Have a good working knowledge of food and wine, making recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
  • Be friendly, courteous, and professional at all times, ensuring seamless interactions with guests.
  • Upsell and maximize sales revenue whenever possible, contributing to the hotel's success.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume or fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Fluent English language skills and excellent communication abilities.
  • Prior experience with Micros or similar systems is an asset.
