Job Title: Food and Beverage Service Leader

About the Role:

  • This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced Food and Beverage professional to lead our team in delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our members.
  • You will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene, and fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate a team of food and beverage staff to achieve excellent service standards.
  • Develop and implement operational plans to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation of all areas under your responsibility.
  • Monitor inventory levels, manage supplies, and control expenses to ensure optimal resource utilization.
  • Collaborate with other departments to promote cross-functional teamwork and foster a positive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a high-end or upscale environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve excellent results.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
