Digital Power Engineer Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Power Engineer to fill this challenging position.

  • Provide pre-sales testing support and conduct engaging workshops with customers and partners to ensure seamless interactions.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and solution team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, driving business growth through effective partnerships.
  • Log and track issues reported by customers for efficient resolution, ensuring prompt issue escalation when necessary.
  • Offer comprehensive training and guidance to customers throughout the project lifecycle, including kick-off meetings and acceptance tests, to guarantee successful project outcomes.
  • Support customers during the commissioning process by technically inspecting inverter installations and making necessary corrections to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Foster strong relationships between customers and the R&D team to resolve complex technical issues, providing second and third-line support for enhanced customer satisfaction.
  • Prioritize on-site support for major or critical issues that require hands-on expertise, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing potential disruptions.
  • Monitor the quality of on-site operations and provide insightful quality analyses for continuous improvement.
Key Qualifications and Skills
  • A degree in science or engineering, preferably in Electricity, Energy, or Mechanical fields, demonstrating a solid foundation in relevant principles.
  • Tech-savvy professionals with experience in channel management, driving success through strategic partnerships and excellent communication skills.
  • Familiarity with the Solar-PV or storage market is highly advantageous, showcasing a deep understanding of industry trends and innovations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with diverse teams and partners, promoting effective collaboration and mutual respect.
  • Insightful problem-solving abilities and project operation skills to navigate complex challenges and drive successful project outcomes.
  • Excellent English communication skills, enabling clear and concise interaction with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
