Vous rejoignez une équipe d'experts du recrutement et vous intégrez dans un environnement international.

Voici vos missions :

  • Gérer le cycle complet du recrutement (rédaction et diffusion d'annonces, sourcing, entretiens, suivi du processus)
  • Identifier et attirer des profils qualifiés via les job boards, réseaux sociaux et chasse directe
  • Conseiller et accompagner vos candidats tout au long de leur parcours de recrutement
  • Développer et fidéliser un portefeuille client à l'international
  • Atteindre et dépasser vos objectifs commerciaux et de placement

Vous devez avoir :

  • Bac+3 à Bac+5, idéalement en commerce, ressources humaines ou langues
  • Première expérience en recrutement ou en environnement commercial (stage/alternance accepté)
  • Excellente communication écrite et orale en français et en anglais (une autre langue européenne est un atout)
  • Esprit d'équipe, sens du service et goût du challenge
  • Capacité à travailler dans un environnement international et dynamique
