Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to lead our team in Shannon, Co. Clare. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing production processes, ensuring quality standards, and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities and Tasks
  1. Collaborate with other area supervisors and team leads to manage and prioritize staffing assignments to meet customer demand and production schedules.
  2. Evaluate and address production issues affecting quality, performance, processes, equipment, materials, and labour.
  3. Direct team members to foster a multifunctional team environment with flexibility to cover all roles.
  4. Conduct regular team meetings to align on targets, address assembly line issues, and promote a solution-focused work area.
  5. Communicate quality requirements and standards to the team, ensuring adherence to documented policies and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, with prior leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to address issues proactively and effectively.
  • Ability to follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures.
