Manufacturing Engineer Job

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. This role will be a key part of our organization and requires someone with a background in fast-paced multi-national companies.

Job Duties And Responsibilities
  • Provide manufacturing engineering support to customers and suppliers.
  • Support the Production team in planning and designing new processes.
  • Manufacture prototypes and validate products within specification.
  • Identify and implement improvements to equipment, processes, and methods.
  • Drive improvement initiatives to reduce costs and improve on-time delivery.
  • Apply, maintain, and improve lean manufacturing procedures.
  • Play a role in developing processes and implementing a new ERP system.
  • Actively support the Engineering team.
Required Skills And Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification or training (Green Belt or higher).
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (implementation experience is a plus).
  • 2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial engineering role.
