IT Support Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated IT Support Associate to join our team. In this role, you will assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of the end user computing environment to ensure optimal performance, security, and user satisfaction.

  • This includes tasks such as installing, configuring, and updating hardware and software, providing technical support to end users, and managing user accounts and access controls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the design and implementation of end user computing solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software, including operating systems, applications, and security tools.
  • Providing technical support to end users, including troubleshooting and resolving basic technical issues.
  • Managing user accounts and access controls, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and password management.
  • Ensuring the security and privacy of the end user computing environment, including implementing basic security controls and monitoring for security threats.
  • Collaborating with other teams in the organization to improve the end user experience.

Requirements:

  • University degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and technical skills.
  • Exposure to technologies such as Microsoft 365, backup technologies, and VOIP would be an advantage.
