Our organization is seeking an International Tax Professional on a contract basis.

The Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled tax professional to review transfer pricing documentation across international regions. They will be responsible for optimizing global R&D credits through partnerships with various departments and maximizing benefits. This individual will also partner with accounting to document and track applicable R&D spend, prepare quarterly international corporate tax provisions, liaise with corporate tax service providers for timely information and review of returns, and support external and internal audit requests for information.

Requirements:
  • A motivated and highly organized individual with strong communication skills and a focus on excellence.
  • 3-5 years' post qualification tax experience preferred, with previous experience working for a US company and tax experience in R&D work and international regions being a plus.
  • This role requires the ability to work independently, commit to learning and development, and demonstrate flexibility.
  • The ideal candidate will possess knowledge and experience of Sarbanes Oxley and Financial Reporting standards.
  • They should also be a strong team player who can ensure team success in meeting objectives and support Diversity and Inclusion initiatives.
