Job Title: Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor New

This role is responsible for directing and coordinating all technical and maintenance activities to support production in a safe, cost-effective, and environmentally friendly manner.

  • This position will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Technical Team: Timely completion of PMs, Calibrations (on or before due date), and Equipment Downtime Resolution.
  • Responsible for KPI development and tracking to measure equipment and maintenance performance.
  • Manage maintenance information, including specifications, drawings, manuals, and SOPs.
  • Follow procedures and use defined maintenance data to justify capital expenditure.
  • Plan, organize, direct, and control maintenance project activities to meet site objectives.
  • Develop a scientific risk-based approach to identifying critical spares and ensure their availability.
  • Setup SLAs and manage contractors under area of responsibility.
  • Ensure comprehensive maintenance documentation exists for each equipment item.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8+ years' experience in an Engineering/Maintenance Leadership role.
  • Engineering Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or recognized equivalent.
  • Experience or Qualification in Reliability Engineering is an advantage.
  • Trades Qualified is an advantage.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Lead a high performing technical group.
  • Analytical with experience in Lean Six Sigma Methodologies.
  • Familiar with GMP requirements within a regulated industry.
  • Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
