Job Title:

Software Development Lead

About the Position:

We are seeking a skilled software engineer to lead our team in developing and maintaining applications within the digital verification domain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement AI systems and features within our suite of verification tools.
  • Evaluate opportunities to apply AI to solve complex engineering problems.
  • Communicate and educate engineers on AI theory and best practices.
  • Select and evaluate AI algorithms and tools for specific problems.
  • Analyze and optimize implemented algorithms for accuracy.
  • Document and report on AI processes and results.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality software.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field plus 4+ years of C/C++, Java or Python software development experience,
  • Or Master's degree plus 2+ years of experience in implementing ML models and applications,
  • Or PhD in a relevant area.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with Large Language Models
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering techniques
  • Understanding of electronic design principles
