Job Title

A Business Partner – Finance Manager is sought for a well-established Pharma business to join their finance team in a permanent role.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Budgeting and Forecasting, Financial Analysis, or Business Partnering. They will be responsible for liaising with Senior Leadership and various stakeholders, managing direct reports, and providing financial support to the organization.

This role is based in Dublin, with 3 days a week spent in the office. The successful candidate will receive full benefits and have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team.

About the Person

We are seeking a Qualified Accountant with a Professional Accounting Qualification (3-5 years PQE) who has excellent written and oral communication skills. They must be able to inspire confidence and effectively liaise with stakeholders.
