Investment Operations and Asset Management Expert

The role of Investment Operations Analyst is a critical position within the Investments team. The successful candidate will provide back/middle office support to both internal and external stakeholders, including AIG Affiliate Insurance Co's, Third Party Investors, Global Capital Markets, Compliance, and AIG Treasury.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing Blackrock DSS team IBOR reconciliations output, ensuring timely escalation where required.
- Maintenance of PMF (Portfolio Master File) workflow tool, supporting adherence to established control framework.
- Supporting monthly pricing process for relevant universe of securities on Aladdin.
- Monitoring and maintenance of FAS157 levelling process.

As a single point of contact for Portfolio Managers, CIO team, and Insurance Companies, the Investment Operations Analyst will be responsible for investment operations queries. This includes oversight of externally managed portfolios, including annual review of investment performance and operational performance for all external managers, and annual recommendation to the investment committee as to whether the manager should be retained or not.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Manage delivery of investment committee objectives on behalf of the General Insurance International CIO team.
