Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Scientist to join our Research & Development team. The ideal candidate will leverage cutting-edge design and process development capabilities to accelerate the delivery of best-in-class medicines.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Apply analytical methodologies to support physical and chemical characterization of drug substances, including raw materials and intermediates
  • Operate analytical techniques such as chromatography and spectroscopy for pharmaceutical substance and product characterization
  • Develop, validate, and transfer analytical methods
  • Support 24/7 in-process control (IPC) operations
  • Interact with project team members for data presentation and critical review
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with at least 2 years of experience in a GMP lab environment or academic/industrial research lab
  • Ability to meet project milestones under general supervision and ensure technology/data/document delivery
  • Problem-solving skills and instrument troubleshooting expertise
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with adherence to laboratory notebook practices
  • Proficiency in electronic lab notebooks, software, and information systems
Key Qualifications:
  • Strong background in analytical chemistry
  • Experience with chromatography and spectroscopy
  • Knowledge of laboratory safety procedures
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
