We are currently recruiting for a lead chemistry analyst role within a multinational pharmaceutical organization in Cork. This is an excellent opportunity for a chemistry professional to join a world-class team and contribute to the development of life-saving medicines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To oversee the execution of the operational plan, ensuring optimal productivity and reliable execution.
  • To lead a team of analysts, ensuring all testing is completed on time, right first time, and to the required specification.
  • To optimize and report key performance indicators, including quality, safety, productivity, and on-time delivery.
  • To provide exceptional customer service, identifying and implementing continuous improvements in efficiency and service.
  • To manage people, including coaching, motivation, recognition, attendance management, training oversight, performance management, development planning, and creating a positive team culture.
  • To carry out testing in accordance with valid testing procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • To work collaboratively as part of a team, ensuring customer expectations are met and exceeded.

Requirements:

  • A science graduate degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or equivalent education/accreditation.
  • Experience in analytical testing, ideally within a pharmaceutical environment.
