Senior Financial Services Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Services Manager to join our team. This is a high-profile position involving working closely with partners and senior personnel, as well as key finance people in publicly listed companies and multinational environments.

  • Project managing outsourced accounting and finance assignments for multinationals.
  • Identifying process improvements in client working patterns and suggesting remediations.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and working with internal contacts to convert leads into projects.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior finance personnel.
  • Managing and coaching junior team members.

About the Role:

This role will involve:

  • Leading teams to deliver high-quality financial services.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve client satisfaction.
  • Working closely with stakeholders to identify new business opportunities.
  • Providing expert advice on financial reporting issues.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in relationship management and negotiating with senior individuals internally and externally.
  • Excellent communication and report writing skills.
  • A genuine interest in financial reporting issues.
  • Passion for client service.
  • Ability to learn quickly and stay updated on financial reporting developments.
  • A recognised accounting qualification and minimum 3 years of practical experience in accounting issues within a plc or similar organisation, in Practice or Industry.
