About the Role:

This is a leadership position where you will oversee a strong team responsible for driving sales and revenue growth in our store.

You will manage shop accounting procedures including banking and cash handling, and take responsibility for inventory and security of all equipment and fittings. You will also promote the brand through local channels and lead on-going store and community-based fundraising events.

Your Key Accountabilities:
  1. Meet and exceed ongoing retail store sales targets
  2. Ensure visual merchandising standards are attractive and in line with weekly changes
  3. Recruit and develop staff to enhance a positive collegial atmosphere
  4. Manage shop accounting procedures, including banking and cash handling
  5. Take responsibility for inventory and security of all equipment and fittings
  6. Promote the brand through local channels
  7. Lead on-going store and community-based fundraising events
