Job Title: Gen AI Annotator

We are seeking detail-oriented candidates for the role of Gen AI Annotator. The ideal candidate has previous experience in fast-paced, high-pressure roles and is client-oriented, enthusiastic, courteous, assertive, and motivated to improve AI LLM.

The candidate must possess strong aptitude for working with data, excellent verbal and written communication skills, flexibility, and analytical ability to interpret large datasets and apply predefined guidelines ensuring accuracy and quality of annotations.

Duties and Responsibilities include annotating English data accurately, evaluating data quality, developing and maintaining guidelines, performing basic research, providing feedback, and contributing to continuous improvement of the data annotation process.

Essential Competencies needed are high proficiency in English (C1 level minimum), educational background, understanding common social norms, ability to work efficiently, communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft office suite, excellent attention to detail, and being a good team player.
