Job Title: AI Model Trainer

We are seeking skilled candidates to fill the role of AI Model Trainer.

  • Previous experience in working with large datasets and effectively coping with a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Client-orientated, enthusiastic, courteous, assertive, and motivated to contribute to the development and improvement of artificial intelligence models.
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexible and able to understand and interpret complex data, ensuring accuracy and quality in model training.

Essential Competencies
  • High Proficiency in English (C1 Level minimum as per CEFR)
  • Educational background: Degree Level 7 & above
  • Understanding of social norms and ability to efficiently work to project delivery deadlines
  • Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good team player
  • Flexible and innovative
