Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced retail professional to lead one of our stores. As Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving store performance, managing daily operations, and aligning with company objectives to maintain high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve sales targets by creating business plans and engaging with customers to drive growth.
  • Maintain accurate stock ordering, ensure stock availability, and proactively address stock issues.
  • Manage overhead costs efficiently, including wages, uniforms, and training.
  • Maintain merchandising and cleanliness standards, ensuring products are correctly priced and well-stocked.
  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve high performance, positive presentation, and adherence to policies.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure exceptional service through your team.
Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Passion for wine; WSET qualifications preferred.
  • Customer focus: Strong dedication to delivering a high-end shopping experience.
  • Experience: Proven management experience in retail.
