We are seeking a professional to fill a key role in our retail team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide top-notch service both over the counter and via phone.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Manage stock control – ordering products and maintaining displays.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy store environment.
  • Prepare quotations for customers.
  • Provide support to various sectors of the business.

The successful candidate will have good knowledge of the agri sector, its products, and machinery. Relevant retail experience is essential, as well as computer literacy and proficiency in Sage. A practical understanding of technical components, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, is also desirable.

Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to assemble hydraulic hoses (an advantage).
