This senior-level role involves overseeing multiple civil engineering projects, ensuring seamless delivery of works both on-site and from headquarters.
- Manage all aspects of project execution, including procurement, resource allocation, and contract administration.
- Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, fostering strong relationships with clients, local authorities, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Develop and maintain effective partnerships with stakeholders, driving collaboration and mutual success.
- Supervise office-based and site-based personnel, as well as subcontractors, to ensure efficient project delivery.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, adept at building trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders.
Requirements:- Proven experience in project management within the civil engineering or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of project governance principles and associated best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Competitive remuneration package negotiable based on experience
- Annual Leave 21 days
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
