Project Manager

This is a management position overseeing all site civil works including groundworks, drainage, utilities, and road construction.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage direct labour and subcontractors to meet project timelines and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.
- Liaise with engineers and site management to maintain quality control and site reporting.
- 5+ years of experience as a Civils Foreman on civil or commercial projects in Ireland.
- Strong knowledge of groundworks and underground services.
- Skilled at managing teams and interpreting construction drawings.
A company vehicle and fuel card are provided, along with opportunities for career progression in a long-term local position based in West Dublin.
As a Civil Engineering Project Lead, you will be responsible for the overall success of our civil engineering projects. You will oversee all site civil works, including groundworks, drainage, utilities, and road construction. This is a leadership role that requires strong management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as a Civils Foreman on civil or commercial projects in Ireland. They will possess a strong knowledge of groundworks and underground services, as well as the ability to manage teams and interpret construction drawings.
