We are collaborating with a well-established cost and project management consultancy that continues to expand domestically and internationally.

About the Opportunity:

This renowned consultancy has openings for senior quantity surveyors in their Irish offices. The successful candidate will provide cost and contract management services within a dynamic team, contributing to the growth of the Quantity Surveying practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To ensure projects are delivered in accordance with contractual agreements and governance regulations.
  • Quality assurance and overall integrity of projects.
  • Either lead or assist in the Cost & Contract management of projects.
  • Pre and Post Contract Quantity Surveying duties.
  • Report on financial and construction milestones to Directors.
  • Staff mentoring.
  • Assist with preparation of Fee Proposals and Bid Submissions.
Required Qualifications and Traits:
  1. Degree in Quantity Surveying.
  2. 5 years post-graduation experience working within a consultancy.
  3. Chartered or working towards Chartership status – MSCSI / MRICS.
  4. Strong MS Office skills, Cubit.
  5. Strong electronic measurement skills.
  6. Proven ability to meet deadlines.
  7. Proven experience delivering projects and managing multiple projects concurrently.
  8. Solid technical appreciation regarding construction documents/methodologies.
  9. Excellent professional presentation and communication.
