About the Job

As a key member of our retail team, you will be working closely with the Store Manager to drive sales and customer satisfaction. The role involves managing costs and profitability while maintaining high levels of customer service.

  • Analyze sales data and management reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
  • Work collaboratively with the Store Manager to track and improve loss performance.
  • Maintain a safe and efficient operating environment.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in a retail or customer-facing role is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
  • The ability to work at pace and adapt to changing circumstances is crucial.
  • A passion for learning and development is highly valued.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a pharmacy environment would be beneficial.
