About SVP:
We are a leading not-for-profit organisation committed to fighting poverty and exclusion in Ireland. Our mission is to create a more just and caring society by providing essential services to those in need. We operate over 20 stores nationwide, employing over 700 staff and engaging thousands of volunteers.

Core Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of sales assistants
- Analyse sales data and implement strategies to improve store performance
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and other stakeholders
- Ensure excellent customer service standards are met across all aspects of the store

Necessary Qualifications:
- Minimum Leaving Certificate level
- 3+ years' experience in a customer-facing retail environment
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
