Store Manager Position

  • Encourage your team to deliver excellent service, sales, and stock replenishment while taking pride in their work.

  • Proven experience in a management role within a fast-paced retail setting.
  • Strong people management skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Experience in people leadership, recruitment, and development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to interpret sales data and drive performance.
