Branch Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking an ambitious and driven individual to join our team as a Branch Manager. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and effective management of various functions to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the branch.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Line management for branch staff, including recruitment, training, and development.
  • Setting and attaining monthly turnover targets and identifying areas of potential growth.
  • Driving the branch performance to achieve profitable revenue growth based on assigned objectives.
  • Reviewing and ensuring appropriate health and safety standards are applied.

You will have substantial management/supervisory experience ideally within the hire industry, good mechanical knowledge of plant or vehicles, strong commercial awareness, and a good understanding of health and safety principles, standards, and practices.
