Job Title:
Make-up Artist/Beauty Sales Advisor

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Make-up Artist/Sales Advisor to join our team in Dublin Airport. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your make-up artistry skills across various beauty brands and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
* Showcase exceptional make-up artistry skills across various beauty brands.
* Meet and exceed sales targets by providing tailored customer service and applying upselling/sales techniques.
* Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with the latest make-up trends and product ranges.
* Build relationships with customers by delivering excellent customer service and presenting as a brand ambassador.
* Merchandise and manage stock levels to maintain a fully stocked counter and promote new products.
* Deliver reports on sales performance and stock management.
* Ensure counters, make-up brushes, and accessories are always clean and well-maintained.

Requirements:
* 5 years of experience in a luxury beauty setting as a Make-up Artist or Sales Advisor.
* Recognized Make-up Qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy).
* Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work 5am shifts and be available weekdays.
* Access to travel to Dublin Airport for early mornings.
* Impeccable personal presentation.
* Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
