Assistant Head Hotel Concierge

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and manage daily concierge operations to ensure seamless execution and exceed guest expectations.
  • Oversee supervisors, doormen, and car valet parkers, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of local attractions, events, dining options, and other amenities, actively networking and building key contacts within Dublin's hospitality, culture, and events sectors.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in a concierge role in the hospitality field.
  • Strong working knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
