Guest Relations Executive

About the Role:

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and welcome VIP guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable.
  2. Respond to guest feedback and take corrective action where necessary.
  3. Work closely with operations departments to promote excellence in guest experience.
  4. Promote guest enrolment in loyalty programs and encourage repeat business.
