Job Role

An experienced Luxury Operations Supervisor plays a vital role in the successful management of high-end properties, ensuring seamless guest experiences from check-in to departure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of front-of-house operations to maintain exceptional standards
  • Serving as a primary point of contact for guests, providing attentive and personalized service
  • Completion of daily audit duties, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Maximizing occupancy rates through effective room sales strategies and promotions
  • Understanding and demonstrating correct procedures for handling foreign currencies, credit cards, and cash transactions according to established hotel policies
  • Representing the Hotel Manager in their absence, taking full responsibility for property operations
  • Managing, recording, and resolving issues or emergencies promptly, with a focus on guest satisfaction
  • Demonstrating expertise in hotel products, services, pricing, policies, and local area knowledge
