Luxury Spa Operations Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a professional and welcoming environment, creating unforgettable experiences for our guests and colleagues.
- As a Spa Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading, training, and supporting the Spa Reception team to deliver exceptional service.
- You will manage guest bookings and enquiries, ensuring accuracy and personalized communication.
- Maintaining a warm and professional front-of-house experience for all spa guests is essential.
- Overseeing daily operations, including payments, reports, therapist schedules, and membership management, is also a key part of this role.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to support stock control, rota planning, and administrative duties as directed. You will also represent the spa at hotel meetings and liaise effectively with other departments.
RequirementsWe are looking for a candidate with previous experience in a spa, hospitality, or luxury customer-facing role. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
They should also be able to multitask and remain calm under pressure, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and booking systems. A passion for wellness and exceptional guest care is essential, as well as the ability to communicate professionally and effectively with guests and colleagues alike.
