This is a fantastic opportunity to either begin or continue your career in one of the Leading Hotels of the World. Working with a professional and welcoming Team you will be part of creating Merrion Moments for our guests and colleagues with your main duties including: Lead, train, and support the Spa Reception team to deliver exceptional service Manage guest bookings and enquiries, ensuring accuracy and personalized communication Maintain a warm and professional front-of-house experience for all spa guests Oversee daily operations: payments, reports, therapist schedules, and membership management Ensure cleanliness and presentation of reception and retail areas Support stock control, rota planning, and administrative duties as directed Represent the spa at hotel meetings and liaise effectively with other departments Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, procedures, and grooming standards Requirements: Previous experience in a spa, hospitality, or luxury customer-facing role Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure Proficient in Microsoft Office and booking systems A passion for wellness and exceptional guest care Who we are looking for A candidate with the ability to be professional and communicate courteously and effectively with guests and colleagues alike.
