Assistant Head Concierge Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Assistant Head Concierge to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Head of the department in planning and implementing daily concierge operations, ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Head Concierge in planning and coordinating daily concierge activities
  • Ensure seamless execution of guest requests and services
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge of local attractions, events, dining options, and other amenities
  • Build and maintain key contacts within Dublin's hospitality, culture, and events sectors
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in a concierge role in the hospitality industry
  • Strong working knowledge of the English language (spoken and written)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor in fast-paced environments
