Residential Team Leader Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Residential Team Leader to join our team at a residential facility in Mountcharles, Donegal.

Job Purpose:

The Team Leader will support the manager in delivering a high-quality client-focused service. This involves managing the planning and delivery of entry and exiting services while supporting clients with physical and sensory disabilities in a person-centred respite environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and ensure compliance with HIQA regulations and standards.
  • Oversee the delivery of a quality customer-focused service.
Requirements:
  • A third-level graduate in Health & Social Care or a management qualification.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in a similar field preferably in an accommodation-based setting.
  • Experience and knowledge of Intellectual Disabilities/Mental Health difficulties and the HIQA process within residential settings.
