We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Home Care Manager to join our team.
Job Title: Registered General NurseThis role plays a pivotal part in ensuring the delivery of exceptional home care services throughout Ireland.
Position Overview:As a registered general nurse, you will assume a critical role in maintaining the highest standards of care within our organization.
You will be responsible for supporting, developing, and overseeing our care team, enabling the provision of exceptional in-home care services and client health and well-being that empower clients to maintain their independence and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:- Govern and oversee the care plans for community-based clients.
- Ensure all physical and emotional needs of clients are being met.
- Cultivate relationships with Key Workers.
- Address client queries promptly, documenting and reporting all actions.
- Attend regular team meetings.
- Advise on care protocol and client queries with the care team and management.
- Conduct appraisals, performance reviews, pregnancy risk assessments, and disciplinary actions in collaboration with HR.
- A highly motivated and experienced nurse.
- A minimum of 3 years experience as a nurse in the Irish Healthcare field (community-based preferred).
- Willingness to travel within Dublin.
- Proactive with excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills and proficiency in IT.
The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire the care team. They must also have excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, families, and colleagues.
