This role involves managing the implementation and compliance of EU directive 2019/103 regarding Enhanced Background checks across the Ryanair Group, as well as coordinating with Regulatory Authorities, Airports, National Authorities, and Internal Teams.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in aviation security and be able to drive digital improvements to enhance the overall efficiency of crew ID processes.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring compliance with company policy and regulatory standards.
  • Managing Enhanced Background check regulation for the Ryanair Group.
  • Driving digital improvements through SAP to log all crew ID/Airport ID validity/expiry dates.
  • Coordinating with Regulatory Authorities, Airports, National Authorities, and Internal Teams.
