Lead Architectural Technologist Opportunity in Ireland

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Architectural Technologist to join our team in Sligo, Ireland. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality architectural deliverables, coordinating layouts, and developing full tender and construction documentation for large-scale projects.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' experience in architectural technology with a focus on large-scale project delivery. You will be highly proficient in Revit, with experience in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite. Your skills in NBS Chorus specification writing and strong understanding of BIM processes, Irish Building Codes, and Planning Regulations will be essential in ensuring the success of our projects.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Produce technically robust architectural deliverables (drawings, specifications, schedules) using Revit
  • Coordinate layouts and develop full tender and construction documentation for medium to large-scale projects
  • Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality outputs
  • Contribute to cost management and ensure technical decisions align with project budgets
  • Attend site visits and provide construction and technical support
  • Ensure all work complies with company QA procedures and industry standards
  • Identify opportunities to optimise design, improve efficiencies and enhance profitability
