Job Summary
We are currently seeking an HR Generalist to join our team in Cork County North. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support to our manufacturing client, covering all aspects of recruitment, data reporting, learning and development, and general administration. This is a two-year fixed-term contract with the potential to lead to permanent employment.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide support to our medium-sized manufacturing client on recruitment, HR administration, L&D and general support activities.
* Collect and compile HR metrics and data from various sources, analysing trends and patterns related to recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
* Develop and maintain accurate records, ensuring seamless data management and minimizing errors.
* Collaborate with the HR Manager to achieve project goals and objectives, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies for enhancement.

Requirements
* A third-level qualification in HR or Business, demonstrating a strong foundation in human resources principles and practices.
* A minimum of three to four years of experience in HR or Office Management in a fast-paced environment, showcasing expertise in HR systems and administration, as well as excellent communication skills.
* Strong knowledge of HR regulations and laws, with a proven track record of implementing compliant policies and procedures.
