Job Overview

As a key member of our global Product and Technology organization, you will play a critical role in driving digital transformation and leading cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class consumer applications.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to facilitate collaboration among team members. You will be responsible for managing software engineering teams developing platform APIs supporting various applications, providing a cohesive experience across client platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of the Platform Services domain, serving as a subject matter expert and point of contact for project discussions.
  • Facilitating the development of requirements, considering technical capabilities, limitations, and interdependencies across entities.
  • Leading the execution and delivery of multiple high-profile product or software development projects from start to finish, or managing the work of one to two midsize to large engineering teams.
  • Creating and executing a high-caliber communication plan for complex projects and programs.

Requirements:

  • 6-9 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Technical Project Manager, or Scrum Master, managing cross-functional projects.
  • Ability to distill complex issues into solvable and actionable tasks.
  • Extensive experience with SDLC methodologies, allowing for flexibility in process.
  • Strong technical proficiency demonstrated through coding skills, quality assurance experience, or technical writing background.

This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to facilitate collaboration, and experience creating KPIs, dashboards, and metrics. Experience in release planning and management, risk reporting, management, and mitigation are also highly valued.
