We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Customer Success Team as a Customer Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing expert advice on Clio's features and functionality.


Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email
  • Troubleshoot technical product issues and coordinate resolutions with our internal teams
  • Provide expert advice to customers on how to get the most out of Clio's features and functionality
  • Capture feedback on the product and contribute to process improvements across the department

Requirements:
