Senior Hazardous Energy Control Specialist

A highly skilled Senior Hazardous Energy Control Specialist is required to lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of effective hazardous-energy control programs within the MedTech industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and document comprehensive energy source identification and documentation protocols.
  • Design and implement Lockout/Tagout procedures for medical and service equipment in accordance with OSHA and EU regulatory standards.
  • Deliver specialized training sessions on LOTO protocols, conduct regular audits to ensure adherence, and oversee the implementation of LOTO during maintenance operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of LOTO activities, training sessions, and audit results.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), or a related field.
  • A minimum of 36 years of experience managing LOTO programs in the MedTech or manufacturing sectors.
