Job Description
Serve as a senior management professional responsible for overseeing the Middle Office core functions, ensuring timely and accurate completion of daily tasks. The team's core responsibilities include Trade Capture, Confirmations, Settlements, Reconciliations, and Reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day deliverables within the team and report to both external and internal clients, guaranteeing all tasks are completed on time.
Conduct in-depth analysis of escalated issues and recommend actions for resolution when necessary.
Review Operational Events/Issues and implement enhancements and preventative controls to prevent future occurrences.
Conduct Service Reviews with Clients, report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and discuss any Issues that may arise.
Ensure compliance with SOC1, Internal Audit Reviews, Risk & Control tasks, and other regulatory requirements.
Conduct Performance reviews of staff and hold regular one-on-ones and team meetings to maintain open communication channels.
Onboard New Clients, Investment Managers, New Products, and Funds into the system efficiently.
Develop and implement business initiatives, client solutions, or projects affiliated with derivatives, driving growth and revenue streams.

Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess relevant experience in OTC Middle Office teams and have people management experience, preferably in a similar role.
A Bachelor's Degree/University degree or equivalent experience is mandatory, and prior experience with systems such as Market Trade Manager, Trioptima, or Calypso is an added advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, are essential for success in this role.
