About Our Role

This position involves maintaining and improving our compliance framework. You will monitor regulatory obligations and requirements in EU countries regarding anti-money laundering/countering the financing of terrorism (AML/CFT) matters. The goal is to ensure that our compliance framework aligns with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Your Responsibilities
  • Maintain and improve our CFCL's compliance framework
  • Monitor regulatory obligations and requirements in EU countries regarding AML/CFT matters
  • Ensure the compliance framework aligns with industry standards and regulatory requirements

You will review client profiles at onboarding to ensure conformity to AML/KYC policy/standards, produce client document requirements, and conduct due diligence analysis. Our Requirements

We are looking for someone with a university degree in law, finance, or a comparable field. Ideally, you should have a detailed understanding of the funds industry, with 5+ years of experience in the Compliance function or a similar field (Audit, Control, Legal, etc.).

  • Knowledge in AML, KYC, other criminal offenses/fraud, prevention of market abuse
  • Experience in managing senior stakeholders and operating in a complex matrix organization, multicultural environment, in a multi-location setup

Strong organizational skills and the ability to cope with tight deadlines and handle multiple priorities while being solution-driven and client-focused. Excellent command of spoken and written English; French and German are a plus.
