Leadership Opportunity - Retail Store Manager

- Ensure full compliance with legal standards, company policies, and operational procedures, managing staffing budgets, rotas, and HR processes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a retail manager, with a strong track record of delivering results and leading by example.
- Excellent multitasking, time management, and prioritisation skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Strong recruitment, training, and performance management abilities, with a focus on employee development and career progression.
- Comfortable with manual handling and other in-store activities, with a passion for delivering results and making a positive impact.
- Strong communication skills, with empathy for team and customer needs, and a commitment to inclusivity and supportiveness.
