Leadership Opportunity in Dublin

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Store Manager to lead our team in Dublin. This is a 38-hour-per-week position with rotating shifts, starting soon.

This is a full-time role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a good level of English.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the team to ensure high performance and a positive work environment.
  • Ensure sales targets and customer service standards are met at all times.
  • Oversee daily store operations: opening and closing, cash register balancing, orders, merchandise reception, inventory control, and stockroom organization.
  • Implement visual merchandising and maintain the space in line with our values and aesthetic.
  • Represent our brand in the store, embodying our values of creativity, sustainability, and customer closeness.
  • Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and the customer experience.
  • Work closely with logistics, purchasing, and visual teams to effectively manage the store.
